- The model is suitable for printing thermosetting inks of various colors on plastic, metal, glass feeder bottles and water bottles in diversified shapes.
- The machine adopts digital control servo drive to complete various functions and printing, and can easily realize 360 degree printing of various shapes of products
- The machine adopts an integrated turntable structure. and the product is rotated to different workstations in one fixture to realize the functions of feeding, positioning, surface treatment, printing, curing and discharging. The product is not easy to grind, and the printing accuracy is as high as ±0.1mm.
- The machine can be installed with a finished product inspection function to divert unqualified products instead of manual inspection.
- The feeding conveyor can be connected directly with the bottle making equipment, or it can be connected to the automatic bottle unscrambler instead of manual feeding.
- After printing, the finished product enters the maximum 120° drying oven and bakes for 10 minutes through the manipulator to complete thorough curing.
