• The 2-in-1 UV Curing Oven focuses on post-printing curing needs across multiple scenarios, and features dual-station curing capability for both "flat surfaces + small curved surfaces". It is widely suitable for curing workpieces made of plastic, metal, and glass materials after processes such as screen printing and pad printing, including electronic buttons, cosmetic bottle caps, and small metal nameplates.

• Equipped with high-power UV lamps and combined with an intelligent temperature control system, the equipment can accurately adjust the curing time (adjustable from 1 to 10 seconds) according to the type of ink, ensuring uniform curing effect without damaging the workpiece surface. Meanwhile, it supports independent operation or alternate work of the two stations, flexibly meeting the production needs of single-batch, small-volume, and multi-category products, and effectively improving equipment utilization. The oven body is made of high-temperature-resistant protective plates, paired with a low-noise heat dissipation structure, ensuring stable operation and high safety.
