-SLS1888-IR is a servo-driven automatic screen printing machine, suitable for containers made of plastic or other materials—covering those with round, oval, square, or rectangular cross-sections, centered or off-centered necks, and enabling easy changeover of printed cross-section shapes.
Efficient shape changeover: Only 30 minutes per machine to switch from cylindrical to oval or flat shapes, with 360° full-circumference printing supported.

-Linear unit structure combination: Up to 8 inline colors optional.

-The machine adopts PLC and touchscreen control for easy operation, plus an excellent warning system for clear fault prompts.

-Feeding components include: A feeding belt and a robotic arm for container side selection, ensuring orderly feeding.

-The machine’s side selector mainframe is driven by servo motors, which can rotate to perform dusting and flame treatment on round containers.

-Supports flame treatment for round, oval, and rectangular containers to enhance ink adhesion.

-Equipped with a pre-positioning device to assist in precise container feeding.

-Equipped with a secondary positioning device for printing to further ensure printing position accuracy.

-The squeegees are fitted with an electronic lifting device for flexible and quick adjustment.

-Can be connected to an IR curling system to meet the needs of normal ink printing.

-The auxiliary machine part offers optional side selection function for oval and square containers, adapting to more working conditions.
