This equipment is suitable for multi-color UV screen printing, hot stamping, labeling and other decorative processing on round, oval, square and other plastic bottles, applicable to cosmetic bottles, beverage bottles and other products.
 
 
The machine uses a highly customizable modular structure, which can be connected in a straight line to be a 1-8 color printing machine.
 
 
The core electrical components are sourced from renowned brands, and when combined with an intuitive touch screen and a high-performance PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) system, they not only ensure effortless operation but also deliver stable and highly reliable performance throughout long-term use.
 
 
As for the machine’s standard configuration, it comes equipped with a screen printing module and a UV curing module. For enhanced flexibility to meet diverse production needs, the screen printing function can be optionally replaced with hot stamping or labeling functions—allowing for quick and seamless interchangeability.

SL1688 Plastic Bottle Servo UV Printing Machine C is a servo-driven UV printing equipment. Its application scope is very wide, and it can be used for screen printing of many containers, such as square containers, pigment containers, chemical containers, round containers, etc.
 
This model is suitable for printing various colors of thermosetting inks on the surface of plastic round, oval, square bottles and cans (e.g. feed bottles, water bottles).
 
The printing function of the machine is servo-driven, allowing easy 360-degree printing through digital control.
The machine is modular, with each module containing independent screen printing and hot-air surface drying functions, and linear combination connections for up to an 8-color integrated production line.
After printing, the finished product enters an oven at a maximum temperature of 120° and is baked by a robot for 10 minutes for complete curing.
