PP/PE Materials Used Flame Treating Machine With Electronic Ignition System And High-Quality Fire Spraying System
The HY200 comes standard with tools to handle most types of objects such as cylindrical, conical, oval and flat shapes. Cylindrical and conical bottles are rotated 6 times in front of 2 tracking burners. Together with our 3-row burner, this ensures an extremely high degree of treatment, which is particularly important to ensure excellent adhesion. The flame processor can be used to flame objects in order to feed 2 or 3 semi-automatic printing presses at the same time. The output rate is up to 3,000 pieces per hour. Changes can be made in a few minutes.
