Selection of seals
1. The pressure is too high and the seal is too hard to be extruded into the metal groove.
2. the sealing material and the medium are dissolved, and the seals are softened or dissolved.
3. seals used in the condition of high temperature, sealing material is carbonized.
4. low temperature leads to sealing material hardening, shrinkage and leakage.
5. Using too high linear speed leads to heating, dry grinding, carbonization and leakage of seals.
6. Poor lubriion in service condition leads to wear and leakage of seals.
7. The cavity used is subjected to vibration and causes leakage.
8. Leakage is caused by wear of seals caused by dust.
