1. Introuduction

The heat treatment efficiency of organic waste gas by direct flame combustion is relatively high, generally reaching 99%. Catalytic combustion refers to accelerating the chemical reaction of organic waste gas under the action of catalytic bed. This method takes less time than direct combustion, but it can't work without catalyst assistance. At present, most of the catalysts used are metals and metal salts. Although the catalytic effect of these two catalysts is better, the technology is quite mature. In recent years, the research and development of catalysts mostly focused on the direction of non-noble metal catalysts, and made great progress.
