Senda Circular Slitting Blades are applied to the slitting and slitting of high-precision metal strips. We offer metal slitter knives of Diameter up to 1500mm in various material options such as H13, H13K, LD , D2, SKD11 and so on. Our metal slitting blades are offered in hardness range of 52-64 HRC with Thickness tolerances of up to +/- 0.001mm. We offer flatness within +/- 0.002mm and Parallelism tolerances within 0.002mm.
Slitting blades cut for cold milling coil, we often use LD, HMY material for thick plate.
And for hot milling coils, we often recommend to use H13, H13K, HMB material to do the slitting.
