hardness

prevent

membrane
fouling),
RO

organic
pollutants

particles)
and
primary
filtration
(to
prevent
RO
membrane
fouling)
are
added
to
the
system.
185nm
uv
can
be
added
to
reduce
TOC.
Further
on-line
monitoring
devices
can
also
be
added.

treated
water
is
stored
in
a
clean,
pollution-free
opaque
tank
with
a
0.2μ
air
filter
and
is
sometimes
ozonated,
heated
or
routinely
disinfected
to
limit
the
introduction
of
