1.Totally design for lead free process
2. Full computer controlling with windows 2000 or XP operation system; Real time monitors the status of PCB in machine.
3. Streamline design with the curve glass Windows for easy viewing and maintenance.
4. Conveyor width is adjusted by motors and PID control the conveyor speed.
5. Standard adopted high quality cylinder and nozzle to get uniform flux spraying, adding the curtains to reduce the leakage of flux smog.
6. The preheating zones using the high efficiency IR ceramic heaters ( option : hot air convection) to achieve strong and stable heating results.
7. The standard solder pot with extra-low dross and anti-corrosion titanium alloy, as well as adjustment for wave width, wave speed and wave thickness.

1. What is the solder pot capacity for your wave solder machine?
We have 3 types of solder pot, 300KG / 400KG / 450KG
2. What is the solder pot material?
For the leaded solder pot, the material is stainless steel;
For the lead-free solder pot, the material is titanium alloy.
3. How we can set preheating/solder temperature?
If the machine without PC control, you can set the temperature and other soldering parameters on control panel; if the machine with PC control, you can set, save, call all parameters in software, and you can monitor the machine condition on the software interface.
