Centrifugal spray dryer is the most widely used process in liquid shaping technology. It is suitable for producing power and granules solid products from solution, emulsion, soliquid, and pumpable paste materials. So when the particle size, final moisture, bulk density and granules shape meet the accurate standard, centrifugal spray drying is a ideal drying process.

Principle

After been filtered and heated the air enters into the air distrbutor on the top of the dryer.The hot air enters into the drying room in the spiral form and uniformly. Passing through the high-speed centrifugal sprayer on the top of the tower,the material liquid will rotate and be sprayed into the extremely fine mist liquid beads.Trough the very short time of contacting the heat air,the materials can be dried into the final products.The final products will be discharged continuously from the bottom of the drying tower and from the cyclones. The waste gas will be discharged from blower.
 

Features
 

1. Drying speed is fast. After the atomization of the liquid, the surface area is greatly increased. During the contact with the hot air, 95%-98% of the water can be evaporated in an instant, and the drying time takes only a few seconds, which is especially suitable for drying the heat sensitive material;

2. The product has good uniformity, fluidity and solubility;

3. The production process is simplified and the operation and control are convenient. The liquid can be dried into a powder product at one time, and does not need to be pulverized and screened after drying to reduce the production process; the particle size, bulk density and moisture of the product can be adjusted and controlled by changing the operating conditions within a certain range;

4. It adopts mechanical centrifugal atomizer, gear drive, stable speed, and can ensure uniform distribution of droplet size;

5. The direction and angle of the hot air distributor adopt an adjustable structure to ensure that the droplets and hot air are in full contact with the hot air;

6. The elbow is made of sanitary grade steel pipe once forming technology to avoid blockage of the material at the elbow.

After the drying process, there is no need for smashing and sorting,so as to reduce the operation procedures in the production and to enhance the product purity.The product particle diameters,looseness and water contents can be adjusted through changing the operation condition within a certain range. It is very convenient to carry out control and managment.
