Degreasing:
remove
the
uneven
soap
powder
and
borax,
and
paint
a
layer
of
soap
powder
and
borax
on
the
surface
of
bright
steel
wire,
so
that
the
surface
coating
of
steel
wire
is
more
uniform.
Furnace:
make
the
deformation
hardening
steel
wire
to
restore
the
ductility,
and
obtain
the
ideal
microstructure
to
meet
the
cost
of
steel
wire
in
tensile
strength,
shape,
elongation
and
other
requirements.
Quenching:
the
heat-treated
steel
wire
is
cooled
down
from
high
temperature,

the
water
vapor
quenching
process

structure.
Pickling:
remove
all
oxides

residues
on
the
surface
of
the
steel
wire,

The

intermediate
frequency
annealing

temperature

Phosphoric
acid
wash:
remove
the
zinc
oxide
produced
on
the
surface
of
the
steel
wire
in
the
intermediate
frequency

diffusion
stage,

hard
and
not
easy
to
deform.
Too
much
zinc
oxide
will
lead
to
broken
wire
in
the
wet
drawing
process.
