2.Technological process of production
pay off→degreasing→furnace and quench→water cooling→pickling→water rinsing→boraxing→drying→take up
3.Main process introduction
Degreasing: remove the uneven soap powder and borax, and paint a layer of soap powder and borax on the surface of bright steel wire, so that the surface coating of steel wire is more uniform.
Furnace and quench: make the deformation hardening steel wire to restore the ductility, and obtain the ideal microstructure to meet the cost of steel wire in tensile strength, shape, elongation and other requirements.
Pickling: remove all oxides and residues on the surface of the steel wire.
Boraxing: as the carrier of lubricating powder, convenient for subsequent drawing.
