18AWG Shielded Power Cable Assembly Overview:
This custom shielded power cable assembly is manufactured strictly according to the
customer-approved drawing. The cable uses a UL2464 18AWG 4-core shielded
construction with additional braid, designed for internal power input and output connections.
Both ends are processed with defined stripping, tinning, and crimp terminal preparation
as shown in the drawing, ensuring consistency during harness integration and final assembly.

18AWG 4-Core Shielded Cable Construction:

Crimp Terminal and End Processing Details:
This cable assembly uses female crimp terminals applied directly to the stripped conductors,
with defined tinning lengths on each wire.
One side includes a shield splice wire, covered by green heat shrink tubing, as specified in
the drawing notes. Heat shrink colors and positions differ by revision and model, ensuring
correct identification during installation.

Assembly, Testing, and Compliance:

Each cable assembly is produced with controlled soldering and crimping processes and is
subjected to the following inspections:

1. 100% open, short, and intermittence test
2. Conductor resistance ≤ 2 Ohms
3. Insulation resistance ≥ 10 MΩ @ 300V DC
4. RoHS 2.0 compliant materials

For big order, as we need to confirm all things include materiel preparation, production, this pro

cedure will take 5 to 21 working days according to order quantity, testing 1 to 3 working days, a

nd finally, packing 1 day, so fastest 7 days and longest 25 days without shipment.

Q7. How long is warranty for the cable, and if defective or faulty, how to protection your benifits?
A: All our cables are sold with 12-36 months warranty, and for big quantity order, we will offer 0.3%

to 0.5% backup for defective sent with order, so if you order 1000PCs, that means you can get 100

3pcs with backup. If you get faulty more than 5pcs, and less than 0.1%, please contact sales and

offer images, and we will solve your problem in the way of replacing with new order or refund.
