Basic
Principle
The
fluidized
bed
uses
a
specially
sintered
high
polymer
material
air
permeable
plate
to
ensure
uniform
fluidization
and
continuous
powder
supply.
Powder
is
stored
in
the
barrel,
fluidized,
and
evenly
transported
to
the
spray
gun
for
consistent,
uninterrupted
powder
supply.
This
system
conserves
powder
while
preventing
moisture
absorption
and
caking,
ensuring
effective
spraying
performance.
