5. Our sheet moulds are used for producing EVA foaming sheet and Rubber soling sheet.
Product Advantage:
1. The structure of the mold contains a fixed frame. Its existence can prevent material from overflowing from the frame gap, and also prevent leakage pressure, thereby improving production quality.
2. The removable frame is also included in it. It can adjust the thickness of the frame according to the thickness requirements on the order, making the production process more flexible and more efficient.
3. Teflon surface treatment is smooth and easy to release, the surface of the produced sheet can be smoothed with a small amount or even no release agent.
4. Hard Chrome Plating applied electroplated coating on the surface, which greatly improves the service life and makes the mold surface more resistant to corrosion.
5. Normally we will pressurize the overflow groove at the frame position when producing the EVA foaming mould, it helps to conducive to exhaust, prevent flashover, also when the mold is produced on the hydraulic press, the upper and lower molds will be tighter.
Frame Structure:
1. Fixed Frame: Strong for EVA foam sheet making, especially the thicker thickness. But cannot change the frame thickness flexibly.
2. Removable Frame: Can change the frame thickness flexibly, but will risk for leakage pressure after using some months.

Surface Treatment :
1.Teflon Coating: Surface smooth is good for production, easy to remove the finished EVA sheet from mould, can reduce the use of silicone. But need to remake the surface treatment again after using some months.
2. Hard Chrome Plating: Durable surface with longer life, but need to use plenty of silicone during production.
Steel Material : Q345B/A3 steel/50#
1. Technicians make the embossing design through the computer based on our original design or customer’s style.
2. Input the designed embossing data into the CNC carving equipment, the emboss- ing will be carved on the roller.
3.Textured rollers will be used for pattern embossing on steel or other mould materials.
4.While the embossing process has done, workers will do the cutting process according to customer’s specifications.
5.The next step is put the mould into a closed space to complete the high-pressure sand- blasting process, to achieve the purpose of making the mould surface smooth.
6.Teflon coating process or hard chrome plating process is necessary, it helps to extend the mould’s service life.
