PET Bottle Juice Ultra-Clean Filling
Pet Bottle Juice Ultra-Clean Filling: Including ultra-clean hot filling, ultra-clean medium-temperature filling, and ultra-clean low-temperature filling. The filling machine integrates two disinfectant sprays, aseptic water sprays, filling and capping into one. The internal cleaning and disinfection of the filling machine mainly adopts COP and SOP systems, and the cleaning and disinfection of material pipelines mainly adopts CIP and SIP systems to maximize the nutrition and taste of the product.
1) Mainly suitable for PET bottle tea, fruit juice, functional beverage, water and other products.
2) Capacity range: 6000 bottles/hour-36000 bottles/hour.
3) Applicable bottle type 500ml-2000ml, diameter φ50～106mm; height 180～340mm.
4) Product filling temperature: 85-92℃ for hot filling, 68-72℃ for medium temperature filling, and below 35℃ for low temperature filling.
Ultra-clean filling technology:
Ultra-clean filling technology is an ultra-clean filling technology introduced on the basis of aseptic filling technology. It uses the microbial control technology of aseptic filling and fills in a 100-grade clean environment with strict disinfection technology to ensure that the products are not polluted by external factors during the filling process. Compared with aseptic filling, it is more cost-effective.
The ultra-clean filling process needs to meet three conditions:
1) The filling material should meet the safety requirements of the shelf life;
2) The contact surface between the packaging material and the filing material shall be sterilized;
3) The environment of the filling and sealing area shall be sterilized and maintained in a clean environment.
