KYDPSJ100 Inverted Bottle Sterilization Machine
Product Introduction:
(1) Bottle feeding module
The whole is made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel. The bottle feeding part is arranged side by side with the plastic-steel composite chain conveyor and the magnetic-steel composite chain. The sterilization bottle is changed from the magnetic turning chain to the plastic-steel composite chain to prepare for the sterilization of the next bottle.
(2) Bottle outlet module
The whole is made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel. The bottle-out part is arranged side by side with plastic-steel combined chain conveying and magnetic turning chain to complete the path change of the sterilizing bottle from the combined plastic-steel chain to the magnetic turning chain.
(3) Intermediate module
According to the length of the production line and the sterilization time required by the customer, the special design of the sterilization machine and the configuration of the motor power are carried out. Straight-way inverted bottle sterilization mode is selected, and the equipment is efficient and stable.
The overall stainless steel welded structure, and the inverted bottle chain plate is made of special materials.
