Main structure and characteristics
1. Frame: 100×100mm high-quality carbon structural steel welded frame, outer cover 304 stainless steel protective layer, waterproof treatment, free to wash above the table.
2. Outer seal: 10mm high-strength tempered glass protective cover, good light transmission, easy to observe the operation of the equipment, stylish and beautiful.
3. Transmission part: Metal gears are used to mesh with MC nylon gears, which greatly reduces noise and smooth transmission.
4. Bottle transfer: All dials and guide plates of this machine are made of ultra-high polymer material, which is sturdy and durable, effectively preventing glass scratches. The bottom of the bottle holder is 304 stainless steel, which greatly reduces the wear rate.
5. Bottle rinsing part: the bottle rinsing pump is resistant to high temperature; the nozzle adopts imported solid cone nozzles, the spray angle is 15°, and there is no dead angle in the rinsing; the rinsing time>2s, the draining time>1.5s, that is, to ensure thorough rinsing. Ensure that the residual amount in the bottle meets the standard.
6. Filling part: CIP cleanable; equipped with automatic switching valve and temperature sensor, the material temperature is low without filling, and it will automatically switch to the reflux tank; the material temperature is high and alarm.
7. Sealing part: The combination of pre-rubbing cap and screw cap is adopted to greatly improve the qualification rate of the seal; the tensioning belt prevents the bottle from slipping.
