INFINITE™ MT-6200 heavy-duty large batch PCBA online cleaning machine is designed for use in cleaning residual rosin flux on the PCBA surface after SMT patch and THT plug-in process soldering. This machine is suitable for the removal of no-clean flux, water-soluble flux, and solder paste online organic and non-organic pollutants. MT-6200 machine process of cleaning is widely used in automotive electronics, military industry, aviation, aerospace, medical, LED, smart instrument, and other industries, and is suitable for centralized cleaning of large quantities of PCBA. This machine features a large-flow cleaning method that can effectively remove organic and non-organic pollutants on the PCBA surface. MT-6200 cleaning machine operates with a PLC control system with a Chinese and English operation interface. Made with All SUS304 stainless steel body assure machine durability.
Machine features:
1. On-line and designed for large batch PCBA cleaning.
2. The large-flow cleaning method can effectively remove organic and non-organic pollutants on the PCBA surface.
3. Cleaning processes are as follows; pre-cleaning, cleaning, chemical isolation, pre-rinsing, chemical isolation, first rinsing, second rinsing, and final spray rinsing, wind cutting, and infrared hot air drying processes are completed in order.
4. The cleaning fluid is automatically added and discharged; DI water is automatically replenished by overflowing from the back section to the front section to refill the DI water.
5. Up and down spray cleaning method, cleaning fluid, DI water pressure can be adjusted.
6. The spray pressure of the chemical liquid and DI water can reach 80PSI, which can completely penetrate into the bottom gap of PCBA and clean thoroughly.
7. Ultra-precision, multiple nozzle configurations, cleaning pressure and flow; optional liquid and water knife, penetrate the bottom of BGA.
8. Equipped with a rinse resistivity monitoring system, with a measurement range of 0-18MΩ, to detect the ion concentration of rinse DI water.
9. Air knife wind cutting + super long infrared hot air circulation drying system.
