Product Operating Principe

• Gap

There is a certain gap between the pin shaft and the shaft sleeve having a traditional relative motion. The clearance fit is adopted between the pin shaft and the shaft sleeve.

• Situations

It is difficult to form a stable oil film when the clearance is too small. Direct contact between the two parts leads to greater friction, even machine locking.

When the clearance is too large, it will create a large impact load. These situations will reduce the service life of  these parts.

• Design

According to the operating principe, a reasonable design of the clearance has a great impact on the use of excavator working.

With thousands of tests, we gain a better design of pin bushings. New bushing tough enough to take abrasion will suffice. So, we gain a longer lifespan bushings.
